Nomsters is a food and calorie tracking app with virtual companion features. It is designed for informational and entertainment purposes. The App is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional dietary, medical, or nutritional advice.
The AI food scanner provides estimates of nutritional content. These estimates may not be perfectly accurate. Always verify nutritional information if precision is important for your health needs. We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated nutritional data.
Nomsters offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Available purchases may include:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
One-time purchases, such as Instant Hatch, are charged once and do not renew.
Food logs, companion names, and other data you create in the App belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nutritional estimates are approximate. We are not responsible for health decisions made based on information from the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
