Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Nomsters, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

Nomsters is a personal wellness and calorie tracking application. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent subscription or in-app purchase requirements

Subscriptions and Purchases

Nomsters offers a free tier and a premium subscription (Nomsters Premium). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Free trial: A 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers
Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Cancellation: Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Settings at any time
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy

Health and Nutrition Information

Nomsters provides calorie and nutrition information for general wellness purposes only. The calorie estimates and nutritional data provided, including AI-generated food recognition results, are approximations and may not be accurate.

Nomsters is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek guidance from a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

AI Food Recognition

The AI food scanner uses image recognition to estimate food items and nutritional content. These estimates are not guaranteed to be accurate. Always review and correct AI-generated entries before logging.

Intellectual Property

All content in Nomsters — including artwork, character designs, animations, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to Nomsters. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Nomsters is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that nutritional information will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomsters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
